Erte Cloche--Part Deux

The finished cloche!! The brim is worked twice, basically. First you knit the outside with the main color, and then you knit the inside with the contrasting color and three-needle-bind-off them together. I love that technique--would be great for a cuffed sleeve or a hem at the bottom of a sweater. And you get to hide all your ends in there, and you know what that means---no sewing!! And aren't the flowers adorable!! So easy and cute, and I can see using the petals as scallops for a border on the bottom of a cardigan or something like that. What a great pattern that gives me all these ideas, and a cute hat to boot! Posted by Hello
